Appointments: Dr. Lowery has served for twelve years as an Attending Ophthalmologist at Central Arkansas Veteran’s Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas, from 2005 until 2018.
Simultaneously, he has spent the last twenty years as a Professor of Ophthalmology and Section Chief Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Jones Eye Institute, and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. During this time, he also served as the Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
